Betty Jane
The Betty Jane cottage is the smallest cottage at 838 sq. ft. It is a single story, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage. There are two Betty Jane cottages in the community.
Coho
The Coho version C floorplan is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, two story cottage that is 1218 sq. ft. There is one Coho cottage in the development.
Edgemoor
The Edgemoor floorplan is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, two story cottage that is 1292 sq. ft. There are two Edgemoor cottages in the neighborhood.
Erin
The Erin version B model is the largest model at 1390 sq. ft. It is a two story, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath cottage. There are five Erin cottages in the community.
